Martin Morgan built me a home that I have fallen in love with and I am certain he will do the same for you. Not a day goes by that I don’t look at some detail in my home and marvel at Martin’s foresight is suggesting an improvement or feature that he just “knew” would be appreciated in the years to come.

At the start of the project, Martin spent a lot of time with me and my family to understand how we would like to “live” in our new home. I did a full house renovation of a 4 bedroom ranch home, which entailed adding a room, a full “gut” job of the existing house, and reconfiguring existing walls. I also extensively modified the exterior roof line, hardscape and façade.

Prior to our entering into a contract, Martin and I walked through the existing house on multiple occasions. He asked me questions about how I wanted to live in the house. Through that process, I was very impressed by how well Martin “listened” to me, took notes and remembered entire conversations.”
